1. Purpose
1.1 The Legal Archive preserves the version, content and effective period of published LeStudio legal instruments so that the legal terms applying at a particular time remain identifiable.

2.1 Version 1.0 is published with an effective date of 26 August 2026.

3. Preservation of Published Versions
3.1 Once a version is published, LeStudio preserves its version identifier, effective period, integrity reference and canonical source. A version previously accepted by a user will not be silently rewritten.
4. Acceptance Records
4.1 Legal publication does not backdate user acceptance. Where acceptance or acknowledgement is required, the applicable record is created only through the actual LeStudio acceptance workflow and is bound to the version presented at that time.
